The calendar is organized for the event seekers – your attendees.

The overall structure of the public portion is actually a group calendars, one each for a specific time zone with one for electronic events.

The default view shows all events in all public calendars.  You can choose a particular calendar via the legend or the calendar chooser. 
 

Next, there are categories. When you list in one category, your event will appear in the color assigned to that category.

When you choose multiple categories, your event title appears with the default brown color font.
